Our process

Assessment
Before receiving any items for repair, it all starts with an assessment. Contact us today to let us know what you have which is in need of repair, the problem with the device and what you would like done to the unit. From there we'll evaluate what we can do to help you and move on to next steps.

Diagnostics
Once we receive your item to repair, we'll document the unit entirely making note of it's condition, and begin diagnosing the problem. We'll look to see if any service literature exists for the equipment and reference that during the diagnosing stage. From there we'll inform you of what we found and provide an estimate for the repairs of what we found during initial diagnosis.

Repair
Once we get approval to start work based on the estimate we'll move forward with the repairs, ordering any parts/components that are needed and starting work. Once we complete the repairs, we will thoroughly test the device ensuring that it works correctly. Because older electronics can be an unknown, sometimes other components may develop issues during the testing. Should any other problems arise along the way, we'll inform you on any additional cost which may be incurred.
